I've been trying to break up with this guy for over a month! every time i tell him i think we should break up, he makes me feel guilty and like maybe, maybe we can make it work.


How do you efficiently breakup with someone.....?

You don't let go because you don't want to. If you had really wanted to break up with him, you would have already let go a long time ago. It is never that hard to break up with anyone. It is simply YOU who chooses to make it hard. You don't ever efficiently break up with someone. YOU JUST DO IT.

Boy,he probably really likes you !But since you don't feel the same way just lay everything out on the table.Don't let him guilt trip you..you don't want to be stuck in a relationship with no love do you ?Tell him that it's over and theres nothing he can do to change your mind.Just flat out break up with him and be strong.
by you saying MAYBE you should break up doesnt sound too convincing. he cant make you feel guilty unless you have something to feel guilty about.


if you REALLY want to break up w/him, tell him WHY. and dont back down or become all wishy washy.

Well if you see the feeling guilty works try it on him!Make him feel guilty for making you wait a month for no improvement whatsoever.





But you do realize that it 50:50 right?I mean he might be impossible to break up...but you don't seem to be strong enough to be able to break up with him either!
It's not easy, but you have to be firm and tell him it's over.


It's like ripping off a Band-Aid - quicker is better. Trying to be gentle just prolongs the pain and delays the healing.
