what if this girl wants to brake up with her bf but shes scared the guy will blackmail her.. like post naked pics of her on the internet or send them to her parents cell phone?
her parents dont know she did anything with this guy so this would ruin her..

And why would a guy send naked pictures to the girls parents? that's just stupid. I'd rather show everyone at school or something like that. because if he shows the parents they would both get in trouble but the girl would be out of the relationship. always leave stuff like this for parents. I've dealt with this kind of stuff when I was like 12 so good luck if the victim is you.What if someone is scared to breakup because of blackmail?

that's not good...i sugest she not send naky pics to anyone anymore. That is how you can ulitmately avoid that situation.
But since she's already in that situation, i agree with the first commenter, try and delete the pictures.
make him break up with u or steel his phone and stuff and delete the pics
